【Adult】 ●Edema: *IM/IV, initial 20-40 mg/dose, the dosage then being increased by an additional 20 mg at 1-2 hr intervals until the desired response is obtained. *Continuous IV infusion, Initial: IV bolus 40-100 mg over 1-2 minutes, followed by continuous IV infusion rate of 10-40 mg/hour; repeat loading dose before increasing infusion rate. 【Pediatric】 ●Diuretic: IM/IV, initial 1 mg/kg/dose, the dosage then being increased by an additional 1 mg/kg at 2 hr intervals until the desired response is obtained. Max. 6 mg/kg/d.
