　1.每日限處方1粒 2.限用於已接受過最大耐受劑量的metformin，且併用empagliflozin或linagliptin治療至少6個月，HbA1c仍高於7.5%。 3.DPP-4抑制劑、SGLT-2抑制劑及其複方宜擇一使用。
