【>10%】Flushing, edema; headache, dizziness, fatigue; diaphoresis, night sweats, hypercholesterolemia, hot flash, wt gain, nausea, constipation; weakness, arthralgia, arthritis, ostealgia, musculoskeletal pain, fracture, osteoporosis, dyspnea, cough.
【1-10%】Chest pain, HTN, peripheral edema, CVA, thromboembolism, TIA, angina pectoris, stroke, IHD, cardiac failure; insomnia, pain, anxiety, depression, vertigo, drowsiness, hemiparesis; skin rash, alopecia, pruritus; wt loss, hypercalcemia; diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia, dyspepsia; mastalgia, UTI, vaginal dryness/hemorrhage; lymphedema, neoplasm; infection, influenza; myalgia, osteopenia; cataract, pleural effusion.

藥品說明：
1)限下列情況使用。 2)每日最大劑量2.5mg。 3)點選理由3或4者,則不得與tamoxifen或其他aromatase inhibitor併用。4)病歷詳載手術資料,病理報告(包含ER,PR之檢測結果且無復發現象)及用藥紀錄(如tamoxifen使用五年證明)
藥品理由：
01 接受抗動情激素治療失敗的自然或人工停經後之末期乳癌病人之治療
02 停經後之局部晚期或轉移性乳癌婦女患者之第一線治療用藥
03 停經後且荷爾蒙接受體(+),有淋巴結轉移之乳癌病人,作為Tamoxifen治療五年後之延伸治療。
04 停經後且荷爾蒙接受體(+)之早期乳癌病人,經外科手術切除後之輔助治療。
