Contraindication
|
Serious hypersensitivity to dapagliflozin, saxagliptin, or any component of the formulation; moderate to severe renal impairment (eGFR <45 mL/minute/1.73 m2), ESRD, or patients on dialysis.

Precaution

Bone fractures; genital mycotic infections; hypersensitivity; hypotension;ketoacidosis; lipid abnormality; renal effects; urinary tract infection; renal impairment; elderly.

Adverse reaction
|
【>10%】Urinary tract infection.
【1% to 10%】Headache; Dyslipidemia, hypoglycemia; Diarrhea; Urinary tract infection; Vulvovaginal candidiasis; Back pain, arthralgia.

藥品說明：
1.每日限處方1粒 2.限用已接受過最大耐受劑量的metformin，且併用dapagliflozin或saxagliptin治療至少6個月，HbA1c仍高於7.5%者。DPP-4抑制劑、SGLT-2抑制劑及其複方宜擇一使用。
